Where do we need help?

We're looking for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team as it continues to grow. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic personality to join a growing, ambitious startup. The role will require you to support the day to day running of an office of 8 people, plus a retail sales team of 32. The ideal candidate should be an organised self starter with a general understanding and interest in all parts of a business. Preferred applicants will have a keen interest in startup companies and are hungry to directly impact the success of a company.

What does the job entail?

• Compiling weekly sales and performance reports and presentations
• Responsible for processing stock orders for 4 retail stores
• Responsible for managing and responding to customer service emails
• Liaise with logistics and fulfilment partners
• Gathering and screening CVs for new candidates
• Process and record sales orders and invoices for B2B customers
• Responsible for organising logistics for events & trade shows
• Organising staff events and supporting on company events
• General office administration

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Strong excel, Google docs, and Google drive skills
• Fun, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
• Comfortable with direct conversations and working with deadlines
• Someone who is willing to generally help out, this is a startup so from time to time everyone just needs to muck in
