Talilla is a business powerhouse and gives some great insights into her multiple fitness businesses and how she navigates them and balances them with her own training and social life.
This episode was recorded way back in December, over an averagely intense game of Jenga, so some of the references to times and events may seem a bit out of date.
On this week's episode co-founder Diarmuid McSweeney sits down with Mark O’Malley. Mark is owner and founder of Wilder Wellbeing, a fitness group based in Salthill, Galway which won Best Drop-In Fitness Class at our Make Life Richer Awards.
His passion is to help people create healthier and happier lives filled with movement and energy – with a little bit of Wildness sprinkled into the mix!
Having been through a tough situation himself, Mark feels he is qualified to offer such support to clients and it’s this fine balance between pushing and empathy that makes Wilder Wellbeing so unique.
Hope you enjoy!
Kyla is a stand up comedian from Cork who is currently living in Barcelona and specialises in observational comedy.
She started comedy during lockdown doing skits on social media and eventually branched into stand up comedy. A lot of Kyla’s sketches focus on what it’s like dating in a foreign country, particularly while sober and the weird and whacky people she meets along the way. If you haven’t seen her skits make sure you check out her instagram.

We also learn that we've all been saying sauna wrong this whole time.
In Finland it is pronounced “Sow-Na”.
To-may-toes/To-ma-toes I suppose.
