Gerry is so passionate about following your dreams and begs you to ask yourself the hard questions like: What are you chasing? Why are you chasing that? Are you actually happy? Is this the life you dreamed about?Hope you enjoy!

Talilla is a business powerhouse and gives some great insights into her multiple fitness businesses and how she navigates them and balances them with her own training and social life.

This episode was recorded way back in December, over an averagely intense game of Jenga, so some of the references to times and events may seem a bit out of date.

On this week's episode co-founder Diarmuid McSweeney sits down with Mark O’Malley.  Mark is owner and founder of Wilder Wellbeing, a fitness group based in Salthill, Galway which won Best Drop-In Fitness Class at our Make Life Richer Awards.

His passion is to help people create healthier and happier lives filled with movement and energy – with a little bit of Wildness sprinkled into the mix!

Having been through a tough situation himself, Mark feels he is qualified to offer such support to clients and it’s this fine balance between pushing and empathy that makes Wilder Wellbeing so unique.

Hope you enjoy!

Kyla is a stand up comedian from Cork who is currently living in Barcelona and specialises in observational comedy.

She started comedy during lockdown doing skits on social media and eventually branched into stand up comedy. A lot of Kyla’s sketches focus on what it’s like dating in a foreign country, particularly while sober and the weird and whacky people she meets along the way. If you haven’t seen her skits make sure you check out her instagram.

This week we have a very special episode... co-founder Diarmuid McSweeney sits down with Rachel Corsie. Rachel is Captain of the Scottish International Football Team where she has over 140 appearances for her country.

In this episode we get a rare glimpse into Rhy’s life and the work that goes on behind the scenes to become a world champion and Olympic athlete.

He is very open about his disappointment immediately after the Tokyo Olympics, but in true Rhys style all he wanted to do was get back training and flip that disappointment into motivation to be ready and better for next time.

Rhys talks about his passion for the sport and the sacrifices he has made to pursue his gymnastics dream.

On this week's episode: co-founder Diarmuid McSweeney sits down with Dwayne Edgar from Inner City Running Club.

After a video of Dwayne and his running went viral overnight, he decided to make a proper go at it and set up the group.

Steve has built an amazing community in both Greystones and Galway where his saunas perfectly complement the existing sea swimming communities of these areas.

We hear about the tradition of sauna, the benefits of sauna, Steve's plans for the future and how sauna is the only Finnish word in the English language (don’t fact check me on that).

We also learn that we've all been saying sauna wrong this whole time.

In Finland it is pronounced “Sow-Na”.

To-may-toes/To-ma-toes I suppose.

In this episode we will hear how Christine got started, we’ll learn about energy levels and more importantly; energy balance.
