Once you’ve placed your order we’re unable to make any changes including:
- Delivery or billing address
- Adding additional items to your order
- Changes to size or item ordered
- Once an order is handed over to the courier we are unable to cancel the order.
- We are unable to combine orders once they have been made
The item(s) will be shipped out to you and if you’re not happy with them once you’ve received or, you’ve changed your mind, you can follow our Returns Process here. Please note that your return isn't processed until we receive confirmation form our distribution centre that your order has been cancelled, please be patient.
Incomplete addresses (e.g. those without a correct Eir, Postal or Zip Code may be returned to us.
