When it comes to my day to day lifestyle, I like everything that makes me smile and challenges me. My passion for fitness and my love of coffee has helped me in more ways than one; it has helped me cross paths with fantastic individuals. I've met some awsome people that have had life experiences that a lot of us go through like depression, having learning difficulties and being afraid of expressing themselves for who they are. That WAS me!
If you ask me, I feel that I have not only turned the page but I have changed the book and its title entirely! I'm a very happy go lucky guy that loves people and their stories, that lives for the fun fitness lifestyle and adores a laugh over a cup of coffee with awesome like minded friends and family.
When people ask me "What do you do for a living?" I say " I help people become what they strive and want to be!" I don't ever see my job as a "job" because working with people and watching them transform into happier selves and being responsible for that change in their lives is a massive drive for me.
I love what I do! I love the life I live and the people that are in it! And I'm looking forward to meeting more and more people through my own experiences!
