It’s official! Our community has now reached all 7 Wonders of the Modern World (including the bonus of the Ancient World - the Pyramid of Giza)! Congratulations to all you wayfaring G+C wanderers for getting out and making life richer through travel. And a big thank you for tagging us in all your adventures!!
The Great Pyramid of Giza, Egypt (honorary mention)
One of the first to have been visited in a G+C hoodie, the Great Pyramid is a crossover between the ancient list and the more modern one and we are so stoked to have been there in Green Fleck spirit with Marion as she took her epic pic!
Taj Mahal, India
With all the colours of the rainbow reflected in this incredible construction, Agra’s Taj Mahal had a little extra hue of pink when Gillian visited! Made of marble and commissioned in the 1600s, this mausoleum is on all of our bucket lists here at G+C!
The Great Wall of China, China
So big it can be seen from space, the Great Wall of China was also glowing a little pink after Fiona’s excursion there in our signature fleck hoodie! Spanning more than 21,000 km, we’re taking a poll to see whether we should include this location to one of our Adventure Weekends…?!
The Colosseum, Italy
Rome’s most famous amphitheatre, the Colosseum was built between 70-80 AD and visited in the 21st century by Suzanne in a G+C Grey Fleck and leggings! Nothing like a bit of yoga in one of the world’s most ancient and spectacular performance spaces!
Machu Picchu, Peru
One of our community’s most popular destinations, Peru’s Machu Picchu is seen here with an extra green accent courtest of Kieran, but has been the selfie-spot for many a G+C hoodie, Parker, vest and Tee! We’re requesting more llama’s for the next Hoodies in the WIld Machu Picchu pics!!
Petra, Jordan
Marion is living the life we want and after getting her Giza snaps, she headed to Petra for a little more Green Fleck gorgeousness. Also known as The Rose City, Petra dates back to 300BC and is an incredible archaeological site of connected tombs and temples carved into sandstone rock.
Chichen Itza, Mexico
The Mayan city of Chichen Itza in Mexico’s Yucatan region has its genesis story starting in 600 AD and is believed to have been a major city right through to the 1200s. We think Paul’s Maroon G+C Tee looks right at home against this breathtaking backdrop!
Christ the Redeemer, Brazil
The last of the 7 Wonders to be visited and snapped by a G+C Community member, Christ the Redeemer in Rio de Janeiro is the youngest of all the sites listed here, having construction completed in 1931 (just a baby)! Cillian looking fab in a Navy tee and doing his best to ignore the crowds as he captures his moment!
