How long is the sale running and will items be restocked?
Our Black Friday sale runs officially from 8pm on November 15th to 11.59pm on November 30th.
If an item you want is marked as ‘Out of Stock’ online, we recommend checking back as they can sometimes be replenished if additional stock comes in, if a customer returns an item or abandons a cart mid-checkout.
Also, please be kind to our staff - they are doing their absolute best to make all the styles + sizes available to you but they can only work with what they’ve got!
Getting in touch during Black Friday Sales
We do our best to answer all queries as quickly and efficiently as possible but the volume of queries during a sales period is always a little higher so bear with us!
We answer queries in the order we receive them and we ask that if you’ve messaged us on one channel, that you don’t follow up with us on a second channel; this will only serve to delay our response to you - rest assured our support team is working diligently to get to everyone and resolve any challenges as effectively as possible!
Orders can not be amended once they are placed. If an order needs to be changed, it will be cancelled, refunded and the customer must place the order again.
Standard shipping rates+times will apply so please anticipate a 5-11 day delivery period. We work with our partners to ensure your gear arrives as quickly as possible but keep in mind the extended delivery period! Some items have a longer delivery time e.g. gift boxes which are 3-4 weeks delivery. This will be highlighted on the product page. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please be patient (delays can occur) and check your junk mail before contacting us.
Sometimes the items you order aren’t quite the right fit, style or colour for you. It happens.
Online returns for sale items and gift boxes can be made up until 14 days from delivery date.
We have extended our returns period for all full-price items until January 10th, 2021.
Exchanges can only be made in one of our stores for full price and sale items until January 10th, 2021.

Call+Collect will be available during our Black Friday Sale. Our stores are unable to hold items for customers during this busy period so please call and pay ahead of collection. Stores will not have all stock so please confirm with the store manager.

Leggings are true to size - go down a size if in doubt.
Classic Hoodies and ½ Zip Hoodies are slim-fitting - we recommend going up a size if you prefer a more relaxed fit.
Women's raglan/tech vests and tee's are also slim fitting! We recommend going up a size in these too.
And don’t forget, our returns period for full-price items has been extended through to January 10th, 2021!
Any existing discount codes have been disabled for our Black Friday sales period. We’re offering up to 40% off a range of items across our collection and we think you’ll be pretty pleased with what’s there! No extra discounts necessary!
