AMBASSADOR: SEAN HARDING Friday, March 5, 2021 at 2:24 pm +0000 Sean Harding has been a part of the Gym+Coffee Make Life Richer family almost since day one, so we are are so excited to welcome him aboard as on official G+C Ambassador! Sean is owner of the Tallaght-based Back2Basics Fitness Studio, whose humble beginnings started with PT classes in his folks' back yard and has since grown into a tight-knit and committed community. "My mission, as a trainer, as a human being, is to remind you that you can do anything. Your body can do anything. You are capable of so much more than you think." Sean's mission "is to remind you that you can do anything. Your body can do anything. You are capable of so much more than you think." and he takes an holistic approach to health and wellness, knowing that true physical health can only be achieved if you're looking after your mental health too. As a former pro-footballer, Sean approaches training with athlete-level discipline but his focus is no longer on reaching 100% perfection. The attitude now is one of commitment, intent and and sticking with the basics. Charles Poliquin quotes now take centre stage on his studio walls stating, ‘The rule is: The Basics are the basics and you can’t beat the basics.” Says Sean, "None of what I do is about achieving perfection. Not every day is going to go one hundred percent on plan and that’s okay. The vision I have is one of a community that represents energy, growth, optimism. It’s passionate, it’s supportive, it nurtures progress and it’s fun." "None of what I do is about achieving perfection. Not every day is going to go one hundred percent on plan and that’s okay. We are absolutely delighted to have Sean on our team and can't wait for you to learn more about him!
