This is the cosiest fleece I have ever bought. Great quality, really warm and cosy. Fits perfectly. I have had so many compliments on it too.
Lovely jacket, great fit but too overpriced
Lovely item. Really warm and good quality. Dispatch time was quick and arrived next day. Item was too big - generally says ‘true to size’ but I ordered an XS/8 and it was really big and ‘boxy’ on the chest. The return order was a faff, the return portal didn’t work so I had to contact customer services which took a week to get a reply then it costs to return (even though I wanted an exchange anyway) and additional postage to resend. I can’t stress how lovely the item is - warm, snuggly, fleece lining makes so much different and the design is great with the drawstrings at the bottom. Just the return/contact time/cost of exchanging that means it looses one star for me! I haven’t had my money back for my refund yet either so a long process.
