Every great session starts with a warm-up! We’re gearing up for WellFest this weekend and, to make sure we get to make the most of the incredible days in store and all the things there are to do, we’re getting the prep done now.

How to Get to WellFest
WellFest is taking place on the 7th and 8th May 2022 on the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin.
A guide from the venue breaks down the public transport options:
- Bus: To Heuston Station (five minutes walk via Military Road): 26 from Wellington Quay; 51, 79 from Aston Quay; 90 Dart Feeder Bus from Connolly and Tara Street stations. To James Street (5 minutes walk via steps to Bow Lane onto Irwin Street and Military Road): 123 from O’Connell Street/Dame Street; 51B, 78A from Aston Quay.
- By train: Five-minute walk from Heuston Station; from Connolly and Tara Street Stations by 90 bus to Heuston Station.
- By Luas: Red line to Heuston Station, five-minute walk to Museum entrance on Military Road.
Walking from the city centre (approximately 30 minutes) is also an option.
There is no parking available, so public transport is recommended.
