We are very excited to announce that this weekend we will be hosting our #SummerStretch in Cork. The session will take place in Fitzgerald's Park, Cork at 10:30 am this Sunday, July 23rd.
We have the charming Billy O'Regan taking charge of the class. After a fun warm up, Billy will put us through our paces with a nice mixture of individual and partner workouts with a variety of cardio and bodyweight exercises. (All levels of fitness are welcome). Afterwards, we will grab a cup of coffee at the Riverview Cafe and compliment each other on such a good workout! :)
We're expecting a huge turnout this weekend for our first #SummerStretch outside Dublin. Please register your interest below so we can get an idea of numbers. We can't wait to see everyone next Sunday in Cork.
