Wrong item

Love gym and coffee- my wife buys all the time. First order got wrong item and too small but my fault as had opened so can’t return

Good quality, loses shape after a few hours, the zip at top is all jagged and hurts chin as the material doesn’t fully cover zip. Obviously a flaw in production. Website and app have different products and no sale items on app so wouldn’t use that. If you return something you get an email with 20% off repurchase so note that.
