Where do we need help?

We are looking for a Partnerships Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an opportunity to interact with key members of our community and help grow the community internationally. The Partnerships Executive will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who is passionate about ambassador programs, influencer marketing, brand partnerships and adopting an analytical approach to earned media. They are an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, as well as having strong negotiation and organisational skills. This a perfect role for someone who wishes to combine an analytical approach with creative work.


  • Develop, implement and analyse the growth strategy for our influencer marketing program to support the digital marketing team's goals and elevate the G+C brand online.
  • Manage budgets, influencer relationships and campaign performance.
  • Research and identify suitable influencers across the Health, Fitness, Wellness and Lifestyle categories.
  • Building our community of brand advocates and influencers on social media, to drive brand awareness and conversion whilst nurturing existing influencer and ambassador relationships
  • Complete end-to-end relationship management with influencers, from initial outreach emails to campaign reporting and coaching.
  • Input into creative campaign ideas and strategies to build global brand awareness.
  • Liaise with ambassadors, partner brands and sporting organisations on campaign priorities, objectives and events.
  • Liaise with the wider marketing team to coordinate and amplify influencer coverage.
  • Track and report on spending, budgets, insights, and learnings on the program's performance to the broader business.
  • Create presentations and reports to the CMO on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.


  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  • A genuine interest in influencer marketing and an ambition to be at the forefront of this area of digital marketing.
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns with a wide range of objectives and KPIs.
  • Experience taking an analytical approach to a creative + relationship-focused field.
  • An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands.
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
