GLS Returns

Covid-19 Update: Please note that due to the current restrictions relating to Covid-19, in some instances it is taking 7+ days to receive and process your return. We appreciate your patience!

If you received a GLS Returns label in your parcel, please follow the below instructions. 

To Return using the GLS label included in your parcel:

  • Package the garment(s) for return in secure packaging.

  • Once secured, place the GLS return label on the parcel. Please include your Gym+Coffee order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once everything is set, simply drop the parcel to your nearest parcel return depot.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. We will be on the case as soon as possible!
