Covid-19 Shipping, Delivery and Purchase Update

Covid-19 has meant we've had to make some changes to how we do business, but the good news is:

OUR RETAIL STORES ARE BEGINNING TO OPEN, OUR ONLINE STORE IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS AND WE ARE DELIVERING!

Our online store remains open and our full range of gear is available for purchase. If you have an account with us, now's a good time to make sure your shipping address is up to date! At present, all orders will be shipped and delivered in 5-9 business days.

Our dispatch teams are working multiple, separate shifts in order to adhere to social distancing guidelines and to ensure that operations run as smoothly and efficiently as they can. 

As we all adjust to our new circumstances, there may be some delivery delays that occur, so we appreciate your patience as we all adjust to these new circumstances.

 

EXCHANGES - Update

Please note, exchanges are no longer part of our returns policy. We are offering a policy grace period for any purchases made on or before May 14th, 2020 and we will accept exchanges on these purchases.
