Wire them for an hour long run, comfortable and airy. Went for a large, the inner leg was really comfy and lots of room for phone etc in the outer layer.

Unlike many people, I need my running shorts not to be super-tight hot pants. I've got some of those already and they're not great. So when I saw these on sale, I decided they were worth a punt (olde-currency pun not intended). And I wasn't wrong! They're super comfy with a nice flat and wide waistband so nothing's digging into your squish when you run and you can instead focus on trying to breathe. Very importantly, there's a pocket you can put your keys in so you can be a single woman on a run safe in the knowledge you can get back into your house again. (Surprisingly, quite a few shorts manufacturers don't seem to take this into account!) In fact, I liked these so much I bought another pair of shorts from G+C, so now I have no excuse to go for another run.

Bought one in Orbit, loved it and have just bought a second pair in black. Perfect for tennis 🎾
