Our #SummerStretch series is in full swing and we have 3 exciting classes left! This week we're excited to relax and slow things down with an outdoor Vinyasa Yoga class for all levels in the gorgeous surroundings of the Phoenix Park, Dublin at 10:30am this Sunday July 16th.

The class will be lead by the amazing Liz Costigan of PositiveFitnessProject.com. Liz will begin with a grounding meditation which aims to create connection and calm, followed by dynamic and fun yoga flow to get your body moving and happy. We will end with guided meditation setting up for a super relaxing Sunday!

It's been amazing to see the interest and numbers of our Summer Stretches increase every week, and this weekend will be a lovely opportunity to stretch ourselves in a slightly different way! Please register your interest below. We're so excited to se everyone next Sunday.
