Our second #SummerStretch series will take place on Saturday 3rd June at 10.30am in Stephen’s Green, Dublin.

This weekend we are very excited for our first yoga session which will be lead by yoga instructor and Gym+Coffee ambassador Julie B. Julie will guide us through the session combining a strong physical practice with mindfulness, breathing techniques and body awareness.

Once we’re refreshed and re-energised from our stretches, we’ll be grabbing a coffee nearby in Tang for whoever is interested.
