#SummerStretch 2018: Number 10

This weekend sees the 10th and final instalment of this year's Summer Stretch Series in association with Healthcoach by Laya Healthcare

Summer Stretch Number 10 is in Greystones, Wicklow

We are thrilled to be able to announce that this Sunday, Summer Stretch 10, the final in the 2018 series, will take place in Burnaby Park in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. 

Group Workout with Paul Sharry

We are delighted to partner up with Paul Sharry again and Paul will lead this outdoor group workout. Paul led a very popular class at Wellfest and he plans to do more of the same. Paul's philosophy on fitness is all about enjoyment, movement & functionality. With that in mind the workout will begin with a fun ice breaker warm up, followed by a slight team workout challenge (don't worry if you're coming on your own). After this we will get into the main workout and make sure you leave the session feeling great & after getting the most out of your session! Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and water.

As always, there will be coffee and chats afterwards. This Sunday, we will be heading to the Happy Pear after the workout.

The King of Greystones Charity Triathlon for The Gavin Glynn Foundation

For this Sunday's event, we are joining up with the King of Greystones charity event so don't worry if you see 500 people cycling by when you arrive, you're in the right place. 

All proceeds for the day will be donated to The Gavin Glynn Foundation which was set up in memory of local superhero Gavin Glynn, who passed away from cancer 4 years ago. The foundation helps children from all over Ireland who need to travel overseas for special cancer treatment and the foundation covers all logistics and costs associated with the travel.If you would like to know more please visit www.tggf.ie
