Hard to believe our second year has come and gone so quickly!
We’re now 19 in dog years (if we were a Golden Retriever, which, office consensus says, we are) so heading out of that awkward adolescent/teenage phase and really finding our feet as an adult. It’s obviously a work in progress, but what isn’t?
We basically just want to say a great-big-huge-massive-heartfelt THANK YOU to all of you who have supported us during our awkward phase and who continue to have our back as we mature. Mmmmm… mature. Mature cheddar. Hungry for cheese now….
We’ve got super exciting things planned for this year and we are kicking things off with birthday celebrations at the Sugarloaf Mountain in Wicklow on Saturday, January 19th - Get Involved! Why not join us and bring along a friend to set some goals for the coming year.
We also wanted to write a list on, How to be Awesome & Nail Life because it’s our birthday and we are feelin’ ourselves. Also, lists=fun.
Be a nice person. Nice gets way too overlooked and people think it's boring. It’s not. Nice, is nice. And there’s nothing wrong with that.
Celebrate your birthday. People love a good party and you deserve it.
Wear slippers in the office. It’s comfy and everyone will be jealous and you might just inspire a new line of products.
Make suggestions and take suggestions. It’s a game of reciprocity, people. Get yourself involved and get other people involved. Way more fun.
Brainstorm, brainstorm, brainstorm. There are two types of people in this world: Those who like writing on whiteboards, and those who like shouting stuff at people writing on whiteboards. Be one of those people. Brainstorm.
Eat your breakfast. If you can’t eat your breakfast, then definitely eat someone else’s. Whatever happens, get breakfast.
Make puns at every possible opportunity. They make you and everyone around you feel good. Even the bad puns are great. Even the bad puns will brighten your day. There’s literally no puns in this sentence and we're already getting sad…
Write lists.See above.
Get a pet. Doesn’t matter what it is. Personally, we think Golden Retrievers are the way to go but really, they’re all great. And they make you a better person. More tired, but better.
Come see us at our storeor one of our events. We like you guys, we’d love to meet you in person. And never hesitate to get in touch if you just want to say ‘hey’.
